  • Applicants below 18 years must have consent from a parent/guardian.

  • All applications must be submitted through our official website/email only.

  • Application fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, even if a record is not approved.

  • Supporting evidence (photos, videos, witness statements, etc.) must be provided as per guidelines.

3. Record Verification & Recognition

  • Our adjudicators will review and verify submitted evidence before certification.

  • Legends World Records holds the right to accept, reject, or request additional proof.

  • Decision of Legends World Records regarding record approval shall be final and binding.

  • Recognition does not imply endorsement of the individual, group, or organisation’s activities beyond the record attempt.

4. Use of Name & Media

  • By submitting an application, you grant us permission to use your name, photographs, videos, and related material for publications, social media, press releases, and promotions.

  • Legends World Records reserves the right to feature record holders in media or online platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, certificates, medals, and branding of Legends World Records are our intellectual property.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Record attempts must not involve illegal, unsafe, or harmful activities.

  • Any act violating human rights, religious sentiments, or public decency will be rejected.

  • Participants are solely responsible for their safety during any attempt.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Legends World Records is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during record attempts or events.

  • Responsibility for safety, permissions, and compliance with local laws lies entirely with the applicant.

8. Certificates & Awards

  • Official certificates/awards are issued only after successful verification.

  • Legends World Records may revoke recognition if evidence of fraud or misrepresentation is discovered later.

9. Modification of Terms

Legends World Records reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the official website.
