At Legends World Records (LWR), we ensure fairness and transparency in all our processes. Since our services involve application processing, adjudication, and recognition, please note the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Application Fees

• All record application and processing fees are non-refundable, irrespective of the application outcome.

• Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if:

  • The record is not approved,

  • The applicant withdraws the attempt,

  • Evidence is found insufficient or invalid.

2. Event Participation Fees

• Fees paid for events, summits, or ceremonies are generally non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be considered if the event is cancelled by Legends World Records.

• In case of rescheduling, fees will be adjusted towards the new date/event.

3. Merchandise, Certificates & Awards

• Certificates, medals, and trophies once issued are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Damaged or misprinted items (if purchased through our official store) may be replaced if reported within 7 working days of delivery.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be processed in exceptional cases where:

• Duplicate payment is made accidentally.

• Transaction fails but amount is debited from the applicant’s account.

In such cases, applicants must provide proof of transaction, and refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
